2. Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:

- Select correct vehicle details including make, model, year, variant, and engine type
- Review product descriptions and compatibility information carefully before placing an order
- Use products strictly in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Not misuse, resell, or fraudulently return products purchased from the Website
3. Product Compatibility
- Vehicle compatibility information is provided for reference purposes only and is based on data from manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party databases.
- AutoBest Fixit does not guarantee absolute accuracy of compatibility data.
- Buyers are solely responsible for verifying product compatibility with their specific vehicle before placing an order.
- When in doubt, Buyers are strongly encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm fitment.
- Orders placed with incorrect compatibility details selected by the Buyer are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Product prices displayed on the Website are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as specified at checkout.
- Prices displayed at the time of checkout are final for that transaction. Prices may be updated periodically for future orders.
- Buyers agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

6. Delivery & Risk Transfer
- AutoBest Fixit operates as a marketplace platform. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to the Buyer by our verified vendor or brand partner.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the fulfilling vendor, location, and courier partner.
- Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Buyer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- Buyers are advised to inspect packages carefully at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately to AutoBest Fixit at support.autobestfixit@gmail.com or +91 9999990622.
- AutoBest Fixit will liaise with the fulfilling vendor on the Buyer's behalf for any delivery-related issues.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed strictly by the Returns & Refund Policy published on the Website.
- Buyers must raise return requests within the timelines specified in the Returns & Refund Policy.
- Unauthorised or policy-violating returns will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to buyer misuse or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

- Installation must be carried out by a qualified or authorised professional mechanic.
- Products damaged due to improper installation or usage are not eligible for return or refund.
- Electrical and electronic components, once installed, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
9. Warranty
- Warranty, if any, is provided by the manufacturer or supplier of the product.
- AutoBest Fixit does not provide independent product warranties unless explicitly stated at the time of sale.
- Warranty claims must be raised directly with the manufacturer where applicable.
- AutoBest Fixit will endeavour to assist Buyers in facilitating warranty claims where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- AutoBest Fixit shall not be liable for incorrect orders placed due to Buyer error in selecting vehicle details or product specifications.
- AutoBest Fixit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased.
- Nothing in these Buyer Terms limits or excludes any rights guaranteed to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Indemnity
Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoBest Fixit, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Breach of these Buyer Terms
- Incorrect vehicle or product information provided by the Buyer
- Improper use or installation of products purchased from the Website
12. Suspension & Termination
AutoBest Fixit reserves the right to suspend or terminate Buyer accounts in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or any conduct that is harmful to the Company or other users.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Buyer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
14. Amendments
AutoBest Fixit reserves the right to modify these Buyer Terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage Buyers to review this page periodically.
