Transit time depends on the distance and route. Nearby cities can take a couple of days, while long-distance routes take longer. We'll confirm the expected delivery date in your quote.
Transit insurance is available, and we recommend it. It protects your vehicle against damage during transport, as per the policy terms. Ask us for details when you get your quote.
Usually copies of the RC, the vehicle's insurance, and your ID and address proof. For interstate moves, we'll tell you if anything else is needed for your route.
Yes. Select 'Car + bike' in the form and we'll plan both on the same move where possible.
It's best not to. Personal items are usually not covered by transit insurance and can add weight. Please remove valuables and loose items before pickup.
