AutoBest Fixit ships products across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location by our logistics partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order verification, or operational constraints.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines vary based on location, courier partner, and product type.

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or government restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Charges may vary based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • AutoBest Fixit reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.


5. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details via email or SMS, including tracking information (where available).

  • Customers are advised to track shipments using the courier partner’s tracking link.


6. Delivery Process

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure accurate and complete delivery details to avoid delays.

  • Delivery may require a signature or OTP verification at the time of receipt.

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately.


7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • AutoBest Fixit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or force majeure events.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment.

  • Additional charges, if any, arising due to re-delivery may be borne by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide supporting images/videos for verification.

  • All claims are subject to inspection and approval.


9. International Shipping

Currently, AutoBest Fixit does not offer international shipping.
