Order and Returns
This document is an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules made thereunder. This policy governs the shipment, delivery, returns, and refunds of products purchased from https://autobestfixit.com/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
PART A — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Shipping Coverage
AutoBest Fixit is a marketplace platform. Products are shipped across India by our verified vendors and brand partners, subject to serviceability of the delivery location by their logistics partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Processing time may vary depending on product availability, vendor dispatch schedules, or operational constraints.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines vary based on location, courier partner, and product type:
- Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Non-metro / remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or government restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Charges may vary based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Shipping charges displayed at checkout are final for that order. Rates may be updated periodically and will apply only to future orders.
5. Dispatch & Tracking
- AutoBest Fixit operates as a marketplace platform. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our verified vendor or brand partner.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details via email or SMS from the fulfilling vendor, including a tracking link where available.
- All orders are assigned a tracking number upon dispatch by the fulfilling vendor.
- Customers are advised to track their shipment using the courier partner's tracking link provided at the time of dispatch.
- For any dispatch or tracking queries, customers may contact AutoBest Fixit directly at support.autobestfixit@gmail.com or +91 9999990622 and we will liaise with the vendor on your behalf.
6. Delivery Process
- Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout by the fulfilling vendor or their courier partner.
- Please ensure accurate and complete delivery details to avoid delays.
- Delivery may require a signature or OTP verification at the time of receipt.
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately to AutoBest Fixit.
7. Delayed or Failed Delivery
- AutoBest Fixit will make every effort to liaise with vendors and courier partners on your behalf in case of delays.
- AutoBest Fixit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or force majeure events.
- In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to the vendor.
- Additional charges, if any, arising due to redelivery will be communicated to the customer in advance.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide supporting images or videos for verification.
- All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team in coordination with the fulfilling vendor.
9. International Shipping
Currently, AutoBest Fixit does not offer international shipping. We ship within India only.
PART B — RETURNS & REFUNDS
10. Overview
We are committed to ensuring every purchase meets your expectations. If you receive a product that qualifies under our eligible return reasons below, we will make it right.
11. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery for all eligible categories, unless otherwise specified on the product listing.
12. Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
✅ Wrong Product Delivered You received a product that is different from what you ordered — different part number, brand, or item entirely.
✅ Defective or Damaged Product The product received is physically damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect that was present at the time of delivery.
✅ Damaged in Transit The product was damaged during shipping and the damage is visible upon delivery or upon opening the package.
✅ Missing Parts or Incomplete Package The package is missing components, accessories, or items that were listed as included with the product.
✅ Counterfeit or Not as Described The product received appears to be non-genuine, counterfeit, or significantly different from the description or images shown on the product listing.
✅ Expired Product The product received has crossed its shelf life or expiry date at the time of delivery (applicable to lubricants, fluids, and chemical products).
13. Non-Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
❌ Incorrect Part Ordered by Buyer If you selected the wrong vehicle details (make, model, year, variant) or ordered an incorrect part number, the return will not be eligible. We strongly recommend verifying compatibility before placing an order.
❌ Product Installed or Used Any product that has been installed, fitted, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return — regardless of the reason.
❌ Electrical & Electronic Components Once installed, electrical and electronic parts (sensors, ECUs, wiring harnesses, relays, switches, etc.) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
❌ Damage Due to Improper Installation Products damaged as a result of incorrect or unprofessional installation are not eligible for return or refund.
❌ Normal Wear & Tear Products showing signs of use, wear, or deterioration after delivery are not eligible for return.
❌ Return Window Expired Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
❌ Missing Original Packaging or Invoice Products returned without original packaging, labels intact, or the original GST invoice will not be accepted.
14. Condition of Returnable Products
All eligible returns must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Product must be in its original packaging with all labels, stickers, and tags intact
- Original GST invoice must be included
- Supporting images or video must be provided at the time of raising the return request
15. How to Raise a Return Request

- Provide your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
- Once the product is received and inspected by the vendor, your refund or replacement will be processed
16. Return Shipping
- For eligible returns due to our error (wrong product, defective, damaged in transit), return shipping will be arranged and covered by AutoBest Fixit.
- For any other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the buyer.
- Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
17. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refund processing time after return approval:
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7 business days
- GST amount will be refunded in full for eligible returns.
18. Replacements
- If a replacement is available in stock, we will dispatch it within 3–5 business days of return approval.
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
19. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately at +91 9999990622.
- Once dispatched by the vendor, the order cannot be cancelled and the standard return process applies.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
