1. Shipping Coverage

AutoBest Fixit ships products across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location by our logistics partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order verification, or operational constraints.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on location, courier partner, and product type:

  • Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days
  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or government restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Charges may vary based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Shipping charges displayed at checkout are final for that order. Rates may be updated periodically and will apply only to future orders.

5. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details via email or SMS, including a tracking link.
  • All orders are assigned a tracking number upon dispatch.
  • Customers are advised to track their shipment using the courier partner's tracking link provided at the time of dispatch.

6. Delivery Process

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure accurate and complete delivery details to avoid delays.
  • Delivery may require a signature or OTP verification at the time of receipt.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • AutoBest Fixit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or force majeure events.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment.
  • Additional charges, if any, arising due to redelivery will be communicated to the customer in advance.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide supporting images or videos for verification.
  • All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

9. International Shipping

Currently, AutoBest Fixit does not offer international shipping. We ship within India only.
