What Does This Part Do?
The inner tie rod (rack end) screws into the steering rack and connects it to the outer tie rod end. It converts the rack's side-to-side motion into wheel movement and, together with the outer tie rod end, sets the toe angle of the front wheels.
How to Use This Product
Replace your inner tie rod if your Nissan Terrano and more compatible models shows any of these signs, then fit and use it as described below:
- Loose steering play or a clunk when turning

Fitting Steps

- Remove the outer tie rod end and slide back the rack boot to expose the inner tie rod

- Refit the rack boot, the outer tie rod end and the wheel
- Get a wheel alignment done before regular driving
