Description
MARUTI BALENO / SWIFT AC EVAPORATOR (COOLING COIL) | 2015-2025 | SUBROS
SKU: 446610-0400-0-H
Restore factory-level performance with this Maruti Baleno / Swift AC Evaporator (Cooling Coil) by Subros — part of our Evaporator range, precision-engineered to OE specifications for an exact fit, reliable operation and long-lasting durability on Indian roads.
What Does This Part Do?
The evaporator (cooling coil) is the heart of the air-conditioning system. Mounted inside the HVAC unit beneath the dashboard, it is where refrigerant absorbs heat and moisture from cabin air blown across it, delivering cool, dehumidified air through your AC vents.
When You Need This Part
AC components are exposed to high pressure, heat and moisture, and gradually lose efficiency over time. Common issues include:
- AC blowing warm or weak air despite the AC Compressor running
- Refrigerant gas leaking out repeatedly after every top-up
- Musty or foul odour from the AC vents
- Unusual noise or vibration from the AC system
- AC taking longer than usual to cool the cabin
If your vehicle shows any of these symptoms, replacing the faulty AC component (rather than just recharging gas) is the permanent fix.
Why Choose Subros?
India's leading manufacturer of automotive thermal and air-conditioning systems, Subros supplies OE AC components to major Indian carmakers — engineered specifically for Indian climate and driving conditions.
Key Features
- Exact OE fit and performance
- High-grade aluminium construction for efficient heat exchange
- Corrosion-resistant, leak-tested build
- Compatible with R134a / R1234yf systems as per vehicle specification
- Designed for Indian heat and humidity
- Faster cabin cooling with reduced compressor load
How to Use This Product
- Confirm fitment using the SKU and the compatibility table below
- Have the AC system's refrigerant safely recovered by a technician
- Replace the part, using new O-rings on all connections
- Vacuum the system for at least 30 minutes to remove moisture
- Recharge with the correct refrigerant and compressor oil quantity, then check vent temperature
