Description
FORD ECOSPORT / FIESTA TIMING BELT - PETROL | 2004-2021 | FORD
SKU: 96MZ6268A
Keep engine accessories and timing running smoothly with this Ford Ecosport / Fiesta Timing Belt - Petrol from Ford, part of our Timing Belt range — precision-engineered to OEM specifications for exact fitment, reliable performance and long-lasting durability on Indian roads, in heat, dust and stop-go traffic.
What Does This Part Do?
Drive belts and pulleys transfer power from the crankshaft to engine accessories and, for timing belts, keep the camshaft and crankshaft perfectly in sync. Worn belts or pulleys cause squealing, slipping, poor charging or – for a timing belt – serious engine damage. It is a key component of your car's Belt system.
How to Use This Product
- Confirm the SKU, belt length and profile using the compatibility table
- Release the tensioner and remove the old belt
- Fit the new belt / pulley following the correct routing
- Set tension to specification and run the engine to check alignment
