SKU: 859708617
Get the right fit and reliable performance with this Gates Timing Belt for Ford Fiesta, Figo, Fusion & More, engineered to OEM specifications for precise fitment, durability and long service life — built to handle Indian traffic, heat and road conditions.
What Does This Part Do?
The timing belt synchronises the rotation of the crankshaft and camshaft(s) so the engine valves open and close at exactly the right time. A healthy timing belt is critical for smooth running, performance and avoiding serious engine damage.
When You Need This Part
Over time this part wears out from heat, load and road conditions — leading to common issues like:
- Ticking or slapping noise from the timing cover area
- Engine misfiring, rough idle or difficulty starting
- Visible cracks, glazing, fraying or missing teeth on the belt
- Oil leaks near the timing cover
- Belt nearing the service interval recommended by the vehicle maker
If your Ford Fiesta, Figo, Fusion shows any of these symptoms, replacing the timing belt is the permanent fix. For best results, also check the Deflection Pulley during replacement.
Why Choose Gates?
Gates is a global leader in power transmission, supplying timing belts, drive belts, tensioners and pulleys to leading vehicle manufacturers worldwide — bringing OE engineering, materials and testing to the aftermarket.

- OE-matched tooth profile, width and length
- High-strength fibreglass tensile cords
